We collect only the data we genuinely need (data minimisation). When you use our contact, quote or booking forms, we collect:

• your phone number;
• your email address;
• the service address (for bookings);
• any notes or message you choose to send us.

We do not collect payment card data: payment is taken on site only.

3. Why we use your data and our lawful bases

Under the UK GDPR, we rely on the following lawful bases:

• Contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) — to manage your booking, schedule the service and communicate with you about it.
• Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) — to respond to your enquiries and follow up on quote requests you have sent us.
• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — for analytics and marketing cookies, which are only activated after you accept them.

In short, we use your data for booking management, customer service and follow-up on enquiries you have made. Nothing else.

4. How long we keep your data

We retain customer and enquiry data for a maximum of 24 months after your last interaction with us. After this period of inactivity, your data is automatically and permanently purged from our systems.

5. Who receives your data

We use a small number of sub-processors strictly to operate this website and our communications:

• Hostinger International Ltd. (Cyprus) — website and database hosting;
• Hostinger SMTP — transactional email delivery (booking confirmations, notifications).

We never sell your personal data and we do not share it with third parties for advertising purposes.

6. Cookies and analytics

Analytics and marketing scripts (such as Google Analytics, Hotjar and Meta Pixel) are only loaded after you give your consent via our cookie banner. Refusing is as easy as accepting, and no such script runs before you opt in. Full details are in our Cookie Policy.

7. How we protect your data

We apply industry-standard safeguards, including TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest and row-level security on our database, so that your data is only accessible to those who need it to serve you.
